How we got here and Why we are here

Everyone's spiritual journey begins at birth. As we go along in life, our journey becomes a path of plains and mountains; smooth sailing and rough waters. For most of us, we have allowed our experiences and the influence of others to define us; but our true self is defined from within and has little to do with our stories. Our stories should be used as the learning tools to gain us greater wisdom and understanding.
As I began to make my journey to connecting myself to the inner truth, I was directed to healing others. I began healing myself of my past pains and wounds during my journey of discovery and learning.
Through these years of training and working with spiritual advisors, I have become more aware of my inner being and have embraced the person within.
By training as a Holistic Life Coach and Reiki practitioner, I have discovered the art of balancing my mind, body and soul. As a conduit of spiritual energy and self healing, I embrace the opportunity to guide other to learn to heal themselves.
Bees n Babble
With all the thoughts and ideas buzzing in my head and my ancestral gift of babble, what better title than Bees n Babble.
When I first started this blog, I thought I would be writing about silly or ironic things that I discovered during the week or maybe discuss some hot topic. But as I was writing I realized I wanted to be more positive, hopefully inspiring, or at least, get people thinking a little bit. So now, I am allowing myself to be guided by my Angels while I create my dissertations. Bees n Babble is my blog to support my Holistic Life Coaching practice, Soul Over Mind.
I am very excited about Soul Over Mind. Over the last several years I have been on an incredible journey that has led me to understand that it is not our egos that should be directing our minds but our spirit or soul. My Ordinary Self
I have worn many hats in my lifetime; daughter, wife, mother, spiritual leader, etc. I have worked in many fields; religion, medical, industrial, home services, non profits, auto repair, florists and even a funeral home. Today, I am a single woman with her own business, living alone for the first time in my life and a grandmother.
